Mental Health Commission
The Mental Health Commission (Commission) has launched the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Workforces Survey to strengthen understanding of the mental health and alcohol and other drug workforce in Western Australia.
A strong, sustainable workforce sits at the centre of service quality, access, and outcomes. The results of these surveys will give the Commission a clear, evidence based way to understand what’s really happening on the ground and where support is most needed. The surveys will support improved workforce planning by providing clearer insight into workforce roles, gaps, and future development needs.
