Community Alcohol and Drug Services

Community Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS) provide free and confidential, alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment and support for individuals and their families, diversion services and access to the Community Program for Opioid Pharmacotherapy. In the regions, the CADS play a central role in planning and coordination prevention activities in the community.

Services are provided for people aged 12 years and over, their carers and their families. CADS will also provide support for families and services dealing with people younger than 12 years.

You do not need a referral and can self-refer by calling or attending your nearest CADS. External clinicians and services can refer people by completing the below form. Please save the form, attach to an email and send to the relevant service.
