The WA Mental Health Conference took place on 18 and 19 August 2026 with the theme Towards wellbeing: Taking control in the face of change encouraging conversations of support and recovery.

The theme invited participants to explore opportunities to take control, support themselves and others, recover from challenges and chart a course for the future.

The Conference was hosted by the Western Australian Association for Mental Health with support from the Mental Health Commission.
