The Peel Community Mental Health Service (Mental Health Service) and Kara Maar Specialist Community Eating Disorder Service (Kara Maar) clinic in Mandurah has now reached practical completion.

The new services will be funded by the Commonwealth’s Community Health and Hospitals program and run by the state. 

The Mental Health Service will offer a comprehensive continuum of care and specialised rehabilitation to promote long term wellbeing.

Kara Maar will offer multidisciplinary outpatient care and will work collaboratively with patients, families and carers to support sustained recovery for those aged 16 years and over.
