Have your say Head to Health Kids Hub draft model of service

Last chance to have your say! Draft model of service for Head to Health Kids Hub is available for public comment.

In May 2023, the Mental Health Commission undertook an engagement process to inform the design and delivery of the Head to Health Kids (H2H Kids) in the City of Swan area.

The Draft Model of Service for the Head to Health Kids Hub is now available for public comment.

Written feedback can be provided by email to MHC.TreatmentServiceProvision@mhc.wa.gov.au by 9am on Monday 18 September 2023.

Please note, following this round of feedback there will not be any further engagement to inform the H2H Kids model of service.
