Applications for the Mental Health Commission’s (Commission) Graduate Program are currently closed. The program will reopen for applications in July 2027, for a February 2028 commencement.
The Commission recognises the need for building and developing a skilled and diverse workforce that can collectively support progress towards achieving our strategic objectives – to enhance our value, performance, and impact on our systems and services, to better meet the needs of individuals, families, carers, and communities across Western Australia.
The Commission’s Graduate Program is an 18-month appointment providing participants with a range of development opportunities across the agency. We currently have three graduates participating in the program, undertaking structured rotations across the agency and contributing to project work with teams committed to their development.
