The draft Western Australian Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2021 – 2025 (Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2025) is now open for public comment and feedback.

The Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2025 will carry on from the current strategy – Suicide Prevention 2020: Together we can save lives (Suicide Prevention 2020), when it concludes December 2020.

The Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2025 is aligned with existing national and state-based strategies, and brings together current research, learnings from Suicide Prevention 2020, and conversations from across Western Australia to provide the framework for a coordinated approach to suicide prevention activity.

 Feedback from this survey will further inform the development of the final Suicide Prevention Action Plan 2025, which will outline the Commission’s strategic vision and policy for suicide prevention in WA.

The 15-minute anonymous online survey is available to all members of the public and will close 5.00pm, 22 October 2019.
