Mental Health Network Governance and Strategic Alignment Project
The Mental Health Commission (MHC), in partnership with the Mental Health Network (MHN) Co-Leads, MHN Executive Advisory Group and MHN Network Steering Committee Co-Chairs have developed the MHN Governance and Strategic Alignment Project (Project).
This project, in accord with the recently released Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Framework, will ensure that the MHN is optimally positioned and equipped to contribute to the successful delivery of the Western Australian mental health and alcohol and other drug priorities.
The Project is committed to developing a new MHN charter that reflects new system leadership and governance arrangements. The MHC is committed to increasing MHN contributions to important reform priorities and the project will assist with determining the best structures and processes to ensure this.
This time-limited project is informed by a Terms of Reference and will be led by a Project Steering Committee who will guide the MHC Project Team and an external consultant in the work being undertaken. Regular communique will be made available on this page to provide mid-Project updates.
