Many people in our community are feeling concerned about Coronavirus (Covid-19). These thoughts and feelings are normal and understandable.
Just as we are taking physical precautions such as wearing masks, hand hygiene and social distancing, there are also things we can do to benefit our mental health and wellbeing.

You can call the Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service at any time on 1800 512 348 or access the service via www.beyondblue.org.au.
Mental health, alcohol and other drug service providers are continuing to operate during the pandemic. You can call your GP for advice, find a helpline via www.mhc.wa.gov.au/helplines or find a local service via www.myservices.org.au (call them first and always wear a mask).
