Have a say on homelessness in Western Australia

Published on 19 Sep 2018

The 10-Year Strategy on Homelessness is a whole-of-community plan to tackle homelessness in Western Australia.

From 25 September 2018, consultation sessions are being held across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, from Albany to Kununurra, to seek thoughts and ideas on how to address homelessness in local communities.

Feedback will play an important role in shaping the Strategy, and as lived experience forms a vital component, people with first-hand experience of homelessness are encouraged to participate.

If you or someone you know would like to contribute a personal story, please complete the attached consent form and email it to the project team at the Department of Communities, which is leading the development of the Strategy.

If you would like to attend a consultation session, registrations are essential.

Please extend this invitation to anyone who would like to have a say and help capture the specific needs of local communities.
